gtx 690 watercooled problems

hi guys i really need some help, just completed my 1st watercool build 360 top 2x240 bottom 1x120 rear no leaks all running perfect.

my gtx 690 watercooled using ek block and backplate is the problem nvidea panel is not recognising it and in control panel i dont get my 2560 1440 moniter resolution not even sure if its working i am plugged into hdmi port which is giving me desktop display. reinstalled latest drivers, cant get asus gpu tweak to install.

have i messed up waterblock install i done everything as to the ek tutorial.

please reply guys as i got no idea what to do now.

try an older driver first

ok will give that a go, does this mean my 690 is working as display as i am not plugged into to motherboard hdmi port.

you have to be connected to the port on the gpu.

yes bunnox i am plugged into 690 hdmi port so does this mean that the 690 is functional as i have desktop display.

goto device manager and see if any issues are logged there on the gpu

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

is it a fresh install of windows ?
was you running an different card before you did the loop ?

no fresh install and was using the 690 up till friday until i shut down to watercool.

i would clean the system of drivers and try an older one.
got both power connetors in the GPU ?

If a driver reinstall doesn't fix it then my money is on poor waterblock mount

ok guys thanks for advice will try older driver clean install if this fails ill get some new thermal pads and redo waterblock.

thanks for all the help bunnox older driver worked all fully functional idle gtx 690 21c now for some stress tests and overclocking.
