Gtx 780 ti sc "non acx" HELP!

i have tested this card on all 3 of my systems
i am getting a lot of coil whine with or without vsync in all the games i have tested,
getting occasional stutters and when that happens coil whine stops as it hitches under load and comes back when it corrects itself.

:(
