Hi. I've just recieved my replacement card from Overclockers as the first one kept crashing then rebooting my pc when palying games.
This never happened on my previous card (GTX480), and all i did was replace it with the new one and installed the correct driver with a fresh install, and my problems started from then. So assuming the card was faulty, i contacted O/C and explained what was happening and had then had the card sent back for checking.
They sent me a replacement today and still there is a problem with my games crashing and my pc rebooting!!
Now surely this card cant be faulty as well??
Mmm.. I have a good spec system,, Z68 @4ghz, 16mb ram, XFX 750 pro PSU.
But i've just found out that this 780 card is a PCIe 3 card?? and my motherboard is PCIe2?
Does anybody reckon this could possibly be causing the problem?
Do i have to upgrade my motherboard now??
I hoping someone may have had a similar problem..
Thanks
phil
