Hi. If i ever did want to build my own PC what do Overclockers Guarantee on?. If a part blows up or stopps working while building it will they replace what ever has broken?.

Thanks. :D

If the part fails within in a certain time frame then you can send back to Ocuk and they will test and either send a new item out or the item may be sent back to the manufacturer for repair / replacement.

But this will depend on what components fail and time frame.

You should always have a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty on everything. OCUK have a list of where to RMA and for some parts they deal with it themselves after the 28 days, other parts you deal with manufacturers direct. see T&C on main web store pages. Some manufacurers have extended warranty on parts, Retail processors is usually 3 years.

You should make sure you put everything together properly though as damage through negligence or incompetence is not covered.
