Nope, think less about the surroundings and more about what the man is carrying, it 'might' make it a bit easier.

I will post a new still after i have a shower, its a bit of a pain as i dont have any dvd playing software on this pc so i need to nab my sisters

I don't think it's a problem really, the only problems are when people see an actor and then just paste a load of the films they've been in from IMDB.
