Well I think its Taxidermia
Because I google'd "fat men eating competiton" and it came up with a Wiki entry for eating competitions with references to eating competitions in modern media. I found Taxidermia and entered the name into google images. The two pics used here are on the first page.

Probably googled films with eating competitions in. As a shameless copycat, I did the same. The film is Taxidermia.
