The key to getting the autoformer method to work is that you have to click on ' next ' as fast as you can so it doesn't time out.

I got 4 setup earlier this morning using the autoformer method and by going through the fields really quickly.

p.s. you should get your email almost straight away.

Read the specific criteria for the Konami ID to the right of the entry field.
