Guide to install OS onto a ssd new build..

Guide to install OS onto a ssd new build, is it easy, i mean just the same as installing onto a traditional hard drive, motherboard is asus hero vii, pc dont have a cd drive, so can i put OS install on a usb drive ?, do i have to connect the ssd to a certain sata port ?, would love a easy step by step guide, or someone to explain here, thx

yes its straight forward,put the ssd on the first sata port,sata port 0 I think

then install windows to it,once installed remove the usb stick and that's it

Ok, that is simple, thx for replying to me, do you know where the best place is to download official windows 7 Professional 64bit to put on my usb stick, i have retail key.

Thx for link, would have replied earlier, but i am not getting post email alerts, even thou its enabled, get that a lot on overclockers.
