Guides to using Apache on Win7?

Because I refuse to pay the extra for Win7 professional it looks like I am going to have to use a third party web server for the development work on our Cricket Club web site.

Is Apache going to be the best (as in easiest) choice and if so, can anybody recommend a guide to getting going with it?

Just use xampp - http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html - really simple to setup.

Agree on XAMPP, i used to set it all up manuall (Apache, PHP and MySQL) but have since just started using that, simple and quick to use

xampp looks simple enough, any reasons why it wouldnt work with Access DAO, the current website setup is using an Access database for stats.
