It has literally been 3 days now with no reply, I have sent countless tickets aswell. They are really starting to take the ****.

ive been doing that a lot...
Oh well it's annoying but at least the email authentication issue has given me time to decide on my first alt - asura female mesmer! 
Was a toss up between mesmer and elementalist, and asura or sylvari. I love the look of the sylvari starting zone, but the sylvari are too humanlike and I prefer "beast" races in any game like this that allows it.
And what I don't like about elementalist is having to use different elements together to be effective, and not being able to specialise in one or to elements only.
So I've already got an asura male - would be boring to redo the same gender and race, so I'll just make a female instead.

Start another toon and take your time this time
The only levels i rushed were 75-80 due to the bugged story! The quests were bugged and I couldn't progress.
The dungeons are there getting a full group into them at the moment though is as challenging as running the things though.
I am getting no problems logging onto the server I am on but then people here are in the main on a busier server.
