so far the micro transactions aren't anything major, mostly just vanity items and whatnot (a few boosters here and there, and services like mobile banks).

call me dumb but where do i put my final retail code? it's not obvious to me and if i try register.guildwars2.com it seems to want to make a new account (making flubble.xxxx instead of what it is already flubble.yyyy) instead of adding the key to my already existing guild wars 2 account which is linked to my guild wars 1 account?

just confusing lol :confused:

and i had clicked yes to "Do you have a Guild Wars account?"

I had an old guild wars account but no matter what I did, it would not recognize it (even though I used the same email address). I had to just choose no in the end.

When you get your retail code, you will apply it in the same way as your pre-order/pre-purchase code. Visit https://register.guildwars2.com/ and enter the new code, using the same personal information as you did previously.

This game will need added security, so many odd things happening.

I've received 3 password reset emails in the last 35 minutes.

All from the official noreply e-mail address - seems legit to me. Dunno whats going on. Just gonna ignore them.

Hmmm sitting at work, I check my emails to see I've had a password reset request on my Guild Wars 2 account.....hope I havent been hacked!!

I was after some inspiration to buy it but all I have to go on is the odd screen shot in here, looks like I will pass then if this is the attitude of its player base.
