GUILD WARS...

I have heard from someone that they are planning Guild Wars 2 soon. I was wondering if there was ant truth in this as I am considering getting the game and dont want to if they are bringing out a second game soon.

If not then is it worth getting the special edition or the standard copy?

Thats the problem with wow. You need about 3 hrs to complete an instance and then someone says they have to go and its all a waste of time.

Played wow for six months but dont have the time to play for that long any more.

Could someone tell me what you get up to on this game?

I know that it is not as open as Wow as in it is restricted to instances but are there sections when you fight in PVP or as the man said above is it just PvE?

So there is no point in getting Guild Wars then as the second is a standalone? Does this update the graphics and everything or will this add to the original?

I only just ordered the game as someone states that its a add on. Hope i havent wasted my money.

Got to play for a bit the other night. Still not sure what I am doing. Managed to get up to level 5 so far. I picked a Warrior/Neromancer. Not sure what that is like just liked the idea.

The graphics are pretty good. Ive only been playing for a few hours and was a former WOW player.

Things that will annoy you that do slightly me.

You cant jump...sounds petty but its very frustrating.
Invisible walls...no more running around in the forest
You can only enter instances whilst in groups and no one can join you

Im going to give it more time though. I did enjoy playing wow and its not the same but could be fun in its own right.

Ok thanks for letting me join. I was just wondering, I think I might have done something wrong.

I was walking around and went through that door which lets to the City being destroyed. I am only level 6, so does that mean that I can not get all the other skills that I have not got yet now that i have left?

I must be doing something wrong. All I seem to do is walk from place to place and kill monsters one by one as they get in my way.

I was walking around on my own until i worked out how to get henchmen but it seems a little easy with them.

Is there more to this game or is it just like this at the beginning?

Well I am not enjoying it so far. Seems really lonely out there despite the hundreds of players standing around. I get the henchmen but its just a matter of kill one, move to next, kill him..

Will give the PvP a try but I dont think I will be getting the next chapter at this rate.
