I would say Avril Lavigne, but I dont consider her a guilty pleasure as she is quite frankly, awesome and I have no shame in admitting she is one of my favourite artists 
But ones I would say are Kelly Clarkson, some of Girls Aloud stuff, Lady Sovereign, and the biggest I listen to still, Nsync, but to be fair Nsync rocked in the day

Indeed. I listen to him all the time and don't feel the least bit guilty about it. Same with Hitch - nothing wrong with liking that at all.
