No option for all of the above!

If supermarkets do deals on Guinness then i buy in bulk (Draught in a can) same for if in bottles too.

If out at the pub or in Ireland then 100% from Tap

Not tried Guinness Red yet. Had Green though :)
 
I've never understood the people who believe guinness tastes no better in Ireland. You ever had a roast dinner in France? Same thing. It's not the same.

I've never been tempted to drink guinness over here on a regular basis, the odd taste is enough to keep me distant.

don't drink it much but I have it from the tap extra cold.

The original is nasty though.

I should add to this I only ever drink this stuff I hate lager its crap.
but give me a pint of the black stuff :) any day

I had a few pints of Guinness in my Dad's local in Moscow. It was bloody awful. I told him that it was so, he wasn't having it and told me that Guinness is Guinness and is the same everywhere. Took him to a pub in Glasgow where they do an awesome pint and quickly changed his silly attitude. Next stop, Ireland!

Further you get from the brewery, the worse it gets has always been my Irish friends slogan and it's probably fair.

Edit: It has to be poured slow and let to rest.. like a decent steak I guess. My local pours out about 10-15 and leaves them on the bar for people to come in and order.. for time sake.. and a nice smooth pint

Hmm, maybe I should revise my pouring techique (assuming it matters in cans?).

All I do is shove the can into the pint glass upside down and slowly pull it out. Gives a perfect sized head and seems ok..
