proof that if you start a petition for something that sounds vaguley legit, people will rather sign it than admit they don't totally understand the nature of the cause

Online petions do not work due to spaming, it wont hold up it court against anybody, if they impented the key enter maybe, but easierto do ye olde fashioned walk around town like I did.

You mean, ethanol a form of alcohol.
Unless ethanol and been distilled from drying agents it is always going to contain some of the above reagent

and even then it will always contain ppm quantities
