Couldn't be bothered cleaning the car this weekend due to the weather so had a go at the engine instead Also recently replaced my RS*R exhaust which was far too loud, for a Mugen Twinloop.

Manifold heatshield used to look like this untill I sprayed it with some Halfords high temp paint.

I don't have the talent to drive it to its full potential as it is, I don't think adding a turbo would be a great idea.
I wouldn't do it to an EK9 anyway. Old EF or CRX maybe

Aye I need more driving skills, not more power. I'm not really doing the car justice, though I must admit it's so much fun trying

Only future mods planned are Mugen CAI (on order from nengun) and some bigger brakes.

Great job, that heatsheild looks supurb

Love the twinloop too. I'm tempted to get a quieter exhaust for mine. It sounds great at high revs but is a bit 'farty' and 'buzzy' at low revs.

Not an all-or-nothing turbo install...A nice subtle blower install which would maintain the car's characteristics and just give a little 'more'...

Sounds stock at low revs and awesome in VTEC, whereas the RS*R was very boomy at low revs and actually made my head hurt in VTEC

I do miss the backfiring/popping though
