Bit harsh really that Microsoft would not even comment on what games they suspected he had cheated on,

I agree with those comments about this guy getting a life but if that is what he enjoyed then why take it away from him without any explanation :(
 
Id imagine it must be wounding for the kid as he must have put some serious effort into that but he needs to get a bit of a life tbh. If hes over 14 he should be setting things on fire or have alcohol poisoning.
 
So if anybody on this thread who has a 360 and gets their account set to zero saying the person should get a life wouldn't post on here moaning then that their GS had reset??

surely MS is breaking there own T&C here i mean they have no proof that the guy cheated there just going on the guess work of some MS tech guy that thinks the gamerscore is not possible, i feel for the guy but to be honest a little sad that the guy was just going through games for the GS and most likely playing easy games or games with glitchs in them to boost his GS :(

I was thinking the same thing, it's hardly like a loved one has died....

Jack went and checked out his Gamercard, where he discovered with considerable horror that he now had a Gamerscore of 25

He used the notorious harddrive hack and imported save game data, MS already said that the only reason to why they would revert to reseting someones gamerscore is if they was found to have used this method.
 
i love how everyone abuses him just because he likes games. Maybe that's what he has most fun doing? Maybe he doesn't like to go out,get drunk and look for some ladies.. Everybody is different and enjoy different things, he just enjoys games more than anythhng else. Good for him.

had a guy on my list with 267,000 and i was like "errr hang on i thout people were only just breaking 150k" (at the time) he told me it was all gamefly rentals and boosting. Few months later it was 0 and he had cheater on there lol saddest thing is he kept messaging everyone in his list assuring them that MS would realise their mistake and reinstate his score.

The fact is, MS dont get it wrong, perhaps one in a million or less, they watch accounts and watch unlocked cheives. There are telltale gamesave hallmarks like all cheives unlocking at once and unlocking for many different regeions. MS can also ban you for multiple use of gamertag simoultaneously.

Simply put, he cheated, im sure he wasnt a massive game save cheater because his score wasnt that great but ill be willing to bet he gamsav0red at least one title and earnt a ban

Didn't think it would be long till someone said that. Mr 61k. I had my fun from 12-20. Now having a daughter i don't get to do naughty things anymore ;). So now i have to sit and watch her i try and do something that is more entertaining than eastenders. So what if i like games? This is the gaming part of the console right? Play games during week for a few hours when i get chance and if mrs will let me then get drunk at weekend.
