subplots were numerous in snatch

then they all came together at the end

need to see this film >_<

Just before i went to see it my dad said to me "Do you want to know what the critics though?" obviously it was a bad review but i loved the trailer so went to see it, Brilliant film, should never listen to reviews unless you think it looks poor.

But saying that i thought Hellboy 2 trailer was good and i thought that was rubbish :(.

Why not ignore the reviews and make up your own mind...I remember Snatch getting slated a lot saying it was an attempt to re-do Lock Stock and now everyone loves that movie as much as LS.
 
Saw it last night and thought it was excellent and great to see Richie back to his best ala snatch/lock stock,

Thought jonny was probably the best character closely followed by 1-2
 
guy ritchie once said he was finished with 'geezer' films and wanted to focus on 'concepts' , and that didn't work so he's back with 'geezer' films.
 
Lame lame lame - what a terrible plot. Snatch and Lock Stock - fantastic but Ritchie is a 2 trick pony.
 
I'd sum it up as probably better than Revolver, not as good as Lock, Stock.. or Snatch. Maybe a couple of rewatchings will alter my placing of it but it didn't seem to have the immediacy of the others. Tony Kebbell was good, as were Mark Strong and Gerard Butler with some good lines throughout, not exceptional but a fairly decent way to pass a couple of hours.
 
Not sure if 'better' than Snatch. But what a film, brilliant. If Batman never came out this year then it would be my film of the year. Nearly tempted to say its better than Batman in its own way purly just for re-watch value.
 
Saw this last night and I didn't think much of it. Maybe better than most of the tripe that gets released, but not a patch on Lock, Stock... or Snatch.
 
I honestly didnt rate it that highly.

It was something he has already done, just with new actors. Lock Stock and Snatch were good, even if both pretty similar. But this film just didnt cut it as a new film imo.

Lets hope the other 2 in the series are better, but ye!

It is watchable, i would rather it 6/7 out of 10.
