Add to that, you get to play games almost instantly on DS plus longer battery life. It's vital when you just want to play quick games.

If you like Burnout, play it on a console...Playing it on the PSP is nasty and
Pro Evo will never make a good translation to handheld.
andy said:i take it you aint played those games on a PSP then ?
pro evo is great on it , was highly recomended by many in the "what psp games are you playing thread" too , its especially good if you get the modded save files and stuff
and burnout is possibly my fav game on the PSP . simple fun racing , easy to just pick up and play.
i wouldnt say the gfx look "poor" on either too
Baggy said:Actually I have - I've played them on most consoles\handhelds. But given that the PSP is trying to copy the PS2\XBOX and provide the same gameplay, it fails miserably. It's graphics, sound and playability suffer compared to true consoles. If the PSP developers concentrated on making good handheld games rather than trying to emulate the PS2\XBOX it'd be a good system. Games like LocoRoco are a good example - Fun, simple and perfect for a handheld. Sadly, the PSP developers keep churning out cut-down versions of console games which only lead to disappointment for anyone that's played them on a non-handheld.
