I think i will starting doing "other" things to help improve posture

i do exercises that my chiropractor gives me, but i need more

google seem to suggest seated row machine to help pull my shoulders back

any others ?

Things i need -

Pull my shoulders back
Open my chest
realign my "text neck" i.e. strengthen muscles at the back of my neck
Strengthen Back muscles

thanks

Rounded shoulders etc are usually because of muscle imbalance and a tight chest etc.
you don't really need machines.

you probably already know the exercises to loosen your joints/bands and help realign.
one of them is basically just sitting on the floor with your arms way back for awhile.

just doing that and some shoulder/trap/back workouts will make you feel like your shoulders are being pulled back for awhile after.

it's probably better to focus on how you sit and don't slouch over a keyboard or whatever, and just keep doing what you have been, rather to rely on machines.

sure they help with your form but will you rely on them, do free weights imo.
bicep curls with a folded towel under your arm pit etc

Your posture for the 15 hours a day you’re awake > doing things for an hour to change your posture in the gym or at home

Obviously if you have an imbalance that needs addressing do some corrective strengthening work, but a lot of it is just mindfully adopting good posture when seated/standing until it becomes an unconscious habit. If you’re super-tight in places then look at stuff like Stretch Therapy for a basic approach to making lasting changes to how mobile you are or even just stuff like the posture-correcting braces you can get to feel what better posture should be like.
