Gym Membership

I have a great meme for people who do that on FB. Shuts them up a treat.

Fairplay going to the gym, but the world doesn't need to know. At my gym if you are caught taking "selfies" you have to do walking lunges for 20m with an olympic bar/dumbells as a punishment. It's only a bit of fun but I see people daily having to do them.

Did it once never again.

I just surprised myself that's all as I'm typically lazy and don't bother exercising.

Buying the membership is a good start, actually using it is the hard part ;)
The amount of money my mate has wasted on 12 month gym contracts to go twice when it's all new and exciting is probably enough to buy me the new £400 helmet I want and still have plenty left over.

So I'm making good use of this membership, I'm swimming 3-4 times a week (currently) and trying to get in 2-3 gym sessions as well starting this week.

I did 30 mins after my induction yesterday and finding my arms are a little tired this morning. What are the recommendations for muscle recovery after working them? Stretches I do also.

someone else can probably give you better advice but searching around online for a workout plan you like the look of would probably be the best thing for you to do right now, generally splitting your workout into seperate muscle groups for seperate days to enable yourself enough time to rest in between workouts, but good on you for taking the first step and getting a gym membership, i got mine a month back and haven't looked back don't let it fully control my life but enjoy stress relief time in the gym!

Just focus on curling as much as you can. Do it in the big rack thing, it helps.
