Maybe very premature, but after yesterday, I just want to make sure I give everyone a good warning of the date, especially as it's around New Year time so we can get an epic turnout like yesterday

So no deets or anything yet, but just getting that date out there now, for you guys to put in your swole diaries

After yesterdays epicness, it's gotta be a good one to match it, let alone beat it. I'll be sorting a venue over the next couple of months, but needless to say, this one will be your more traditional gym meet, like this years one.

I think that will be the way now, New Year meet is at a gym, with team games, more traditional lifts going on, Summer meet is all kinds of outdoor strongman stuff.

Where?
http://www.monstergym.co.uk/ - Cheshunt

A fantastic gym with plenty of equipment and space for all of us. Deadlift platforms, squat racks, dedicated bench pressing areas, it's a pretty cereal gym. Best part is, they have food on site. They serve all sorts of awesome food, obviously food that will give all kinds of gains

Parking on site and right next to Cheshunt train station

Time?
Arrive - 12pm
Train - 12:30pm
Food and Bromancing - 4pm

Food?
Now we can either eat at the venue, as like I said, they do a decent menu of gains food, protein rich and tasty. But it's not going to unhealthy and fattening, which is what a good bromance meal should be

This place is supposed to be superb and it's a 5 minute walk, so we don't have to move our cars

Let me know what you guys think

Activities?
Last year we had a few good team games that worked, and some that didn't. I'll come up with some closer to the time

I think next year structuring it to A/B teams might be necessary to get everything done or we might just find we've found the footing and can just blast through everything next time.

I must say my gluteeels are probably thankful the squat challenge didn't happen.

Benny, our biggest problem was having three attempts each with the keg throw! We must've spent the same amount of time doing that as we did the next two activities haha.

You mean the arguing how to judge it :p

Judge it, turn it, lift it, weight, how to start the run, what point to end it! lol you name it i think we covered it off, and got it signed in triplicate before we had the first run. :p

Hmmmm... 18th January...

Depending on location? IN.

Stop being rubbish! In regardless its far enough away to commit to one day out!!

Also powerlifting is not required, we might do an oly lifting day of fun you never know! We just did strong man, with 0 strongman specific trainees
