If I get more cardio in my routine rowing is m first choice. Can't run for toffee

Trying to make it happen I have an anabolic training vest already, so there's basically nothing else to sort out.

I'd do a 250m row, 500m is too much cardio... unfortunately, that statement is probably currently accurate
