Gym Workout Plan

Hi there,

Today my friend and I joined a gym. It was my first time in a gym so I was a bit lost! Basically I need a workout plan to follow so I can be a lot more efficient and actually start building some muscle.

So does anyone have any tips/workout plans/websites that can help me?

I would prefer to spend more time doing my upper body rather than my legs but obviously I'll do a bit of leg work too.

I plan to go 3/4 times a week. So can anyone help?

Don't skimp on your cardio
Don't skimp on your legs: your body wants to be in proportion
Don't do the same exercises week in, week out (its all in the sticky)
