Gyms in Bristol

It is a great gym, tom is a nice bloke and went through a lot of crap to get his gym approved. Loads of equipment and very cheap to be a member. He does a rolling month contract as well, which helps people :)

TommyV, which building you at for EE and how much you paying for esporta?

Aztec 800 - £47 p/m

p.s. dude in that pic has an insane physique! Maybe one day....maybe one day...

That's not too bad at all. Did you see the internal deal for council leisure centers, I think it's about £25 a month. Not a patch on esporta though.

Will have to pop down to esporta and see what sort of deal they can do me :)

I hated Esporta, been a member of there twice, both for 12 months a time, regretted with both times. It's a pathetic attempt at a community centre and concentrates far to much on terrible entertainment and faux luxury and not enough on being a decent gym.

It's not a gym though. If you want a gym, go to a proper gym. Esporta do not trade on being a gym ;)

My mistake, the thread title being " Gyms in Bristol " and the OP asking "i'm looking for a new gym to goto." made me think for a second he was asking based on the gym side of things ;) :p

Theres a gym in stoke gifford? (other than esporta?)

Used to go the the bradley stoke liesure centre gym for a year or so, it was horribly packed, all the damn time, I left for that sole reason and haven't looked back since, cost me £25 a month or so and allowed access to any of the council owned gyms locally (thornbury/horfield/bradley stoke/yate, don't know of any others)
