Ordered my H100 getting it tomorrow, Fan wise.. My case won't allow for push/pull as it will hit my ram :( Am i best doing push or pull from the top of my case and in which direction.. Exhausting or drawing air into my case.

Also am i best using the default fans as i noticed they have high CFM and high speed compared to my spectre's (standard not pro)

Case is a CM690II

I don't think the fans are that great it comes with. I personally ordered these at the same time as the H100 as I heard they compliment the cooler well.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Corsair Fan, SP120 PWM Low Noise High Pressure Fan 4 pin, Dual Pack (CO-9050012-WW) £25.99
Total : £25.99 (includes shipping : FREE).

I watched a video of linus's I think and he mentioned push or pull made little difference. Ive always tried to run any radiator as a intake so the coolest air is going through the rad.

Iv looked at them and seriously considering them.

My biggest wonder on the intake side is that i have

2X Front intakes running at 900rpm.
Then i shall have 2x Intakes on the rad at 1200 ish rpm

1x exhaust at 1000rpm

Positive pressure yes awesome and there all filtered on intakes.

But is that too much positive pressure? 1x exhaust surely can't be good?

I've had my H100i both ways, intake and exhausting. As intake it made little difference temperature wise but that maybe because I already have 3 intake fans.

The only notable difference having the cooler on intake was dust as I didn't have any spare filters, although the other intakes are filtered.

The top on the 690 II is filtered already as is the front intakes and bottom intakes. Its only the side panel and rear which aint filtered :)

I will be moving into a Ronin shortly though and im not sure on the filter situation there yet but for now i shall do it as posted with only one exhaust i think
