Thinking of getting H80i, are they any good?

I've had mine for a few days now and I'm really impressed with it, despite that their have been a couple of reports common problems with them & the H100i units too. I came from a Noctua NH-D14 and their has been a good drop in load temperatures.
The problems reported are stock fans run with a minor high pitched whine after updating to the latest firmware, but it is thought that another new firmware will be released before the end of the year to fix this.

My advice is don't let the reported problems put you off from purchasing one. I decided to bite the bullet and get the H80i and I'm glad to say that mine has been running great (despite the slight whine with the stock fans, but this can also be corrected by upgrading to the new SP120 which totally cures the problem as reported & I have upgraded to some too which will be arriving tomorrow).
