Guys im currently speccing a build with the great help of OCUK members I have managed to come up with a great little M-atx build for a family member.

I have narrowed it down to theses two boards

ASUS H81m-PLUS http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=MB-582-AS

Gigabyte H87M-HD3 Intel H87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=MB-442-GI

Will I see much benefit over the Asus H-81m going with the h87 board is it worth the extra money ?

CPU Will be an i3 4330

The H87 chipset has the option for 4 DIMMs of memory (up to 32GB), more SATA3 ports, more USB3 ports and Intel RST. Unless you're going to be using any of those features you'll be fine with a H81 board, even a cheaper one such as this:
YOUR BASKET
1 x Asus H81M-K Intel H81 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard £37.99
Total : £43.97 (includes shipping : £4.98).

(Unless you wanted the extra video out ports on the H81M-PLUS)

ASUS H81m-PLUS is what ill go with then mate. That should do the job. The pc is just going to be used for general usage.

If you want a HDMI output be careful what you are buying as a lot of H81 boards don't have them. Neither of those Asus boards do. I just built a nice little computer for my in-laws and used a Asrock H81M-HDS. It's a nice little board and has HDMI, DVI and VGA outputs. Like most of the H81 boards it has limited Sata, USB and only a pair of memory slots but for £36 is a good board.
