I suck at CoD4, but in CoD2 with rifles - all the time.
Only in CSS/1.6, because people stand in the same places on the same maps on every server. Of course there's someone on the lamp above the back door. Of course there's someone up the ladder in the vent. Of course there's a guy with an awp in the bit that slopes down. And a guy with an awp behind the boxes pointing into the tunnel.

Used to get accused in 1.6 a lot, mainly off people who thought they were better than they really were.
I was accused of a wallhack once after shooting the same person several times through the same open window on COD4 
He just kept on coming

People just throw these things around and have no idea what they mean anymore. Getting owned? HE MUST BE HAXXXORING!
And I wish I had a heli hack, every single time I get a chopper the gunner is some sort of hippy and fails to shoot anybody, on even the most populated of servers

I used to get it a lot in Q3 and later in FEAR.
A clan I used to knock around with had this one guy that was convinced I was hacking, despite the fact that I played with them all the time and all the rest of the clan knew me well. He eventually quit the clan due to the arguments caused by his claims...and at that point I received an official apology letter from the clan leader, lol

BF2 *mine*/ BTK / =SWE= / -***- clans and many more i cant get on there server for 2 min with out getting kicked/banned
*mine* clan was worst tho by far they knew i didn't hack they just didn't was me on there server for being to good, you had to see excuses they put in kick message, was funny , we even had a forum section just for them for the screenshots of kicking excuses, ended up making a new account and going in there server making a video of owning them all and to prove i don't hack, posted it up on there forum and there admin deleted with in 2 min........ lol

We used to accuse people of hacking when we were bored and wanted to start an argument. It was funnier when random publics would join in and accuse people too. Icing on the cake was when the accused made a thread on a public forum, gloating that he was so good he was being accused of cheating.
A good number of games, most recently COD4. I always try to be as nice as possible about it, but there is usually no convincing them. I've had the heli hack accusation too

There is a bug in COD4 (that has apparently been around since COD2) that gives you invincibility for some reason. I've only ever seen it twice on showdown, once was my turn. Once you run out of ammo you can't pick up new ammo or weapons, so you can only knife, it's like being undead. Once I realised what had happened (having seen it before) I went into the enemy spawn and did nothing. I just watched as an entire team emptied everything they had into me, I clearly wasn't going to die, took them about 3 or 4 minutes to get bored. I thought it would be wrong to actually kill anyone but you can imagine the hack accusations I got!

Personally just take it as a compliment. You know your good at a game when a 12 year old kid who thinks he's 'God's Gift To Gaming' saying you must be some sort of "l33t hacker" to beat him.
Yeah, I actually was quite disappointed when I wasn't accused of it recently. Must be losing my touch
My housemate likes to get really good at games, completely own everyone on a server and then say stuff like "how do I change weapons?" or "have to go now. my mummy has made my tea". Quite comical
Quite the opposite, it makes wall hacks even more of an advantage!!
If all you do is run around shooting at walls, then yes.
If you like to be quiet then seeing through walls means you only shoot when you know somebody is there.
Low rates.
