Hacking

CS 1.6 and SOURCE was aimbots all the time, got kicked from a cod4 server after about 4 minutes of play, the reason they gave my friend was we wasnt sure if he was cheating or just too good for this server :o
I circled the map about 3 times in 4 minutes and racked up a 11-0 kill streak, they just always seemed to be around the next corner :cool:
 
thats probabl why theyre low. dunno bout css but in 1.6 the default rates were for if you had 56k dial up or some crap. i loved blaming rates when i couldnt kill someone. just scream RAAATTTTEEES on chat. good times.

i got accused of hacking on cs 1.5 and 1.6 all the time on public servers. mainly as i wear a decent headset and through years of practice knew where everyone was via sound so shot everybody through walls. noobs dont seem to grasp that running means a good player knows exactly where you are.
 
Wallhack whenever I have a ''good'' round and the regulars question my ability to kill them... ( I usually have a poor round ending with a 1:1 kdr, but whenever I do better and keep killing one or 2 regs, they say I'm an ''obvious'' wallhacker :rolleyes:, mainly because I actively use the uav to shoot through walls.):.

Being called an hacker aint too bad, but on TF2 as Engi and being called a camper whilst stood waiting for spies and repairing the sentry is a tad OTT, when the game is an Offence/defensive game.

I just simply lawlled.
 
I've stopped playing on public servers because of this.

---

16-man TDM dedicated private server
and
16-man HC-SnD dedicated private server

are the only servers I play on now.

Be an assault engi then, totally different strategy. Rush out build your lvl 1 sentry then as it's building run away to restock. It builds quickly and can take out pesky scouts and people unaware. Then push it and get teleporters up as far ahead as you can and find places around high corners/ledges to put up a dispenser to help restock those soldiers, demos and snipers peeping out.

I solely play goldrush atm, love it too much, but the amount of engis who don't put up teles and leave their sentries at the start or middle are mad.

Will be on GTFO gaming 32 man goldrush later on about 5:30 :D

lol, that's what engineers do, camp...
Anyone complaining is out of his mind, should respawn as demoman or medic instead and kill the sentry's with them mines or ubercharging someone...
 
Went into a clan server on Call of Duty 2.

Went on a nice run and picked off about 7 of their members in a row on a custom map. I'm no expert but I did play the game a lot.

Needless to say a server ban stopped me getting past 10 kills.

such settings are -massively- exploitable on the fly.

Ever came across players who a) wouldnt die despite you emptying clips into them b) every time you run into them your connection coincidentally started lagging heavily. c) they would teleport/phase when they are moving.
 
Had a case of that in CS:S once in a clan match. I was defending on Dust and I managed to headshot 5 terrorists with shotgun (the manual one) in about 10 seconds. They obviously didn't find anything wrong when they looked at the recording.
 
Pretty much all accusations possible. Which considering at my ability back in the days is understandable. Its funny though that I got accused at hacking at CoH which I am terrible at.

I use to get accused on MOH SH, i had a great shot with the rife and after a while you knew what path people were gonna take .... chuck a granade through that window because there is bound to be someone in there ... oh there was im a hacker :p

I actually haven't been accused so far in COD4. In Quake2/3/4 it would happen all the time - usually by noobs standing still........in the wide open :rolleyes:

haha yea know that in quake all too well :P "OMG how did you see me?!" because your standing in an open area which is grey and you are red and stick out like a sore thumb :p "i used my eyes" is a funny reply i found :D
