Haddock, what to do with it?

I'm no fish expert but have had this with a few different types of fish (including haddock) and it's always been nice:

I always struggle with what to serve it with though....

Spinach and carrots for me. That does look lovely! Nice and simple

Chees guys I forgot to write up what I actually did cook. I made some Crushed new potatos with mint and peas, I filleted the fish and lightly dusted with plain flour and pan fried with chorizzo and some scallops. It was delicious.

I know you have already made them, but next time try a wild mushroom and haddock rissoto with poached egg on top with bernaise sauce.
