Haddock, what to do with it?

Chees guys I forgot to write up what I actually did cook. I made some Crushed new potatos with mint and peas, I filleted the fish and lightly dusted with plain flour and pan fried with chorizzo and some scallops. It was delicious.

I know you have already made them, but next time try a wild mushroom and haddock rissoto with poached egg on top with bernaise sauce.
