I got stopped after paying for a dvd player by a cashier in Morrisons. Apparently its the law that I need to produce my tv licence to buy one. Thankfully the supervisor corrected her otherwise I was just going to walk off. What were they going to do?

Must just be your local Halfords. My local one has a sign saying they charge 2p for a bag but they are still given for free
