Hallelujah solved everything

I’m 99.9% convinced this is a wind-up. He’s apparently running at least 4 anti-malware solutions and according to at least one screenshot Bullguard is dropping an IP address associated with OcUK as malicious. And it just goes on and on and on...

I'm watching their other threads for example https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/t...te-is-it-borked.18855574/page-2#post-32897848 one.... they appear to know how to resolve simple problems regurgitating what others have already told them to do. It does sound like a windup.

I must point out i don't have several anti-malware because when you install the program it says what your current anti virus or anti malware is so this is not possible, it won't allow you to install another one when you already have a anti virus installed.

I already knew about the re format solution but i am not convinced.

Anyways thanks for the previous advise.

Since you're continuously ignoring pretty much most advise given, I'm done with this thread. Great trolling.

I am not ignoring i am just not convinced, it seems the evidence is not having the attention it deserves though, i am not trolling ok?

I have tried malwarebytes so thanks for recommending it.

The advise so far is that it is pretty normal but don't forget phishing evidence with the alerts i got, so this trustworthy program may be a phishing activity.

Happend to my chrome book and pc.

I would rather have people not having phishing attacks which is what i have, because it can be easy to call you a tin foil hat person, i need someone who is an expert in phishing attacks because it happens out of the blue when i get attacked but at least it gets blocked so why should i continue?

Because i want to get to the root problem of it and get rid of it, it can be very easy to call you a troll or tin foil hat person or paranoid when the need is genuine but this is what phishing attacks are...

All i have to say is don't end up with what i got because hardly nobody would believe you unless you know everything about phishing attacks, the hacker who does this phishing attacks already know what every website i visit and it seems to be done online, whoever does this is very good at keeping his tracks hidden and my paranoia was confirmed as blocked phishing attempts but i still don't feel safe.

Hes not a troll! Hes just a user who's having some problems, and we are here to help!

I am here to help. Some people either don’t want help or just want confirmation they are right. And some threads are just a bit off. This thread is inconsistent and despite having been given excellent advice by at least 4 different people, the OP continues to insist he’s got problems. Maybe he does, but he won’t solve them by shutting the gate after the horse has bolted.

I understand lltfdaniel at your frustration about thinking there is something up, usually most of the time people are right to be paranoid. I am big on security myself and to this day (touch wood) nothing has happened.

There is a lot of people on here (it's a computer tech forum) that are experts in phishing attacks. Most of us get them every single day through emails myself included. You can always put middle men hardware to do the checks for you to be secure but you will NEVER be 100% secure.

You have to know what to look out for and when to step in to stop anything happening. This is exactly what you are doing.
