Looking forward to this, though pretty obvious the series will get another remake a few years down the line.

Halloween Kills was an incoherent stupid mess that squandered a really good setup from Halloween (2018) - honestly one of the worst movies i've seen, I really do struggle to get any enthusiasm for this.

Only real good part of kills was michael taking the beating and then massacring the mob, the whole "evil dies tonight" chant was so cringey.

Plus yer woman showing up with an iron to beat michael with was pretty amusing as well.

Obviously the movies dictate that Michael can't die at the hands of the mob at this point because sequel ;) but the way the balance changed was sloppily written and handled, it's a movie of many missed opportunities.

I hope they can redeem it with the final movie as the 2018 was a solid movie.

Glad I'm not the only one looking forward to this... I've been a fan of Michael myers for years but a lot of people I talk to don't like the films....

What a crazy trailer! tells you zero of the story this time (as I guess there is none) and shows you masses of the confrontation between Laurie and Myers.

The director was saying the story on this one was very different from the earlier ones but the trailer begs to differ...

That's because with the exception two or three of the originals films, they're rubbish.

I was having a discussion with my missus this morning about the films and I said ' I think its not the films I like I think its just him, like the way he looks mask and suit' I think he's mint, I don't find any of the others interesting like saw, scream etc

I agree, great carachter but in a lot of bad films - I have done Michael Myers fancy dress for Halloween several times. I go right back to the original trilogy, my mate and I used to love MM.

Yeah I agree..... Ohh really, I am considering getting a mask from trick or treat studios and going out with my little ones this Halloween (I won't be trick or treating though )

I prefer the Scream films personally but i think a lot of that is because i grew up with them and so did my wife so its something we both just click with. MM is iconic though but Scream keeps it interesting as its literally a "who done it" every film.

Yeah that's understandable, I do like the scream movies, I find Stu funny, especially when he gets the house phone smacked on the back of his head

Funny story, going back to early 90s - i'm a young lad, went to Halloween fancy dress for my local Cricket Club, in full outfit with real knife, never thought anything about it i'm a danger to no-one after all, lived in a little village, fellow players party on local farm - anwyay staggers home early hours and I course I fall into a hedgebottom drunk, just as I'm getting up police car comes round the corner...luckily they fell about laughing rather than call the SWAT team or whatever they're called, and took me home...

:D

It was utterly terrible. Especially the ending how he managed to wipe everyone out was beyond ridiculous. The 2018 was great.
