halo 3 for pc??

The only game I really miss not being able to play on xbox hopefully could be on its way or is it just wishful thinking?? :eek:

1, 2 and 3 have apparently been spotted on Steam.

I thought they just recently closed the PC servers for Halo??

I would love a Halo game on the PC. Custom MP gametypes and arcady fps action is needed!

yeah they have just closed halo 2 servers but I really want this to be true- can't imagine how good swat br's on construct would be :cool:

Oh and Halo 3 was probably the weakest of the series, Reach being the best. Haven't played 4 mind.

Really? I had most fun on 3. Didn't enjoy reach a lot and 4 I've barely played because I don't enjoy console anymore. But halo3 was the best imo.

Halo 3 really did nothing new though, I played it to death myself but looking back at it, it wasn't even good for 2007. Very ugly graphics and shallow gameplay, Reach was a ton better imo, redeemed the series after the appalling third and second titles.

How come we are only just getting Halo 3 anyway? It's 5 1/2 years old now! Give us Reach! Not that I could play it mind, this Hd4000 rubbish can't even play Bastion properly.

ODST was fun, best halo though in my eyes is halo wars. Spent a lot of time on that game.

From a multiplayer standpoint Halo 2 and 3 were the best. 1 and Reach probably had the best campaigns and ODST was enjoyable. Halo 3 had a much better selection of Maps. Construct, Heretic, Narrows. Reach had.... Beaver Creek which came out later and by then the game was pretty much dead competitively. I think Reach had the most potential though but didn't pull it off that well and became frustrating.

Halo 3 would be great on PC if only for better frame rate.

Anyway guys....you are all wrong. ODST is the best campaign.

Followed by 4, Reach and finally 3. (all imo of course) 4 looks stunning too. 343 did a fantastic job considering the tech it is running on.

Find it weird the Halo 2 servers were shut off and then this was found. I'd probably buy Halo 3 if it was released.

I'd love Halo on the PC, I miss the old Xbox but would never have one again when I have a PC and a all be it rarely used PlayStation 3.
