halo 3 for pc??

Halo 3 by far was the best Halo game and still out of all the Halo games has the best gameplay.

I was an avid Halo 3 player, my main game type being Snipers :O

It would be great if they bring it out on PC cause hopefully that will bring an influx of players back to the game

Win 8 has a new version so to speak, you can download games from the app/game store that uses a new interface so I am guessing it will use that?

Aren't they abandoning GFWL in an effort to get tons of games exclusive to Windows 8, meaning you NEED Windows 8 to play them? I think Windows 8 has a built in emulator for the 360 too. Not too sure though, I've only looked around Google for about 5 minutes on the subject. Tbh though, I couldn't care less, I'd rather defecate in my hands and smear them into my own eyeballs then ever use Windows 8.

It's just Kinnect in OS form. Granted you can use it like a normal O.S but it just looks like the ugly stepmother of the 360 XNA dashboard. You can turn it into a proper OS but then it's like a chunkier version of Windows 7. Don't think you can even style it after Vista like you can on 7, which is the best looking OS to date.

Love it on my touchscreen netbook. The gestures on my trackpad are also brilliant.

On my Desktop? It's a love/hate.

It will never appear on steam, in fact I doubt it will appear on PC

All of the core halo games have been awesome. Even 4, which for some reason a lot of people didn't like.

If Halo 3 comes out for PC, I hope it's for mac too. Just like Halo 1 was.

No different to win 7 really m8, it loads much faster. The rubbish about no Start button is kinda untrue, well there is no Start button but if you go to the bottom left corner and right click you get all the options anyway.

Nah no Emu, just a thing called Smartglass. Win 8 is OK m8 no different and it loads faster. You never need to touch metro so desktop is exactly the same as win 7. Mine was only £15 so bargain really.

I guess as it's nothing special and offers nothing on win 7 then faster loading times. Although this new xbox live thing it uses may have games being win 8 only, but who knows. For me it's ok and was dirt cheap, I have no issues with it but I would not say you have to upgrade as you really really dont atm lol

Not sure as not really messed with it in that way. Themes for sure I can't see a reason why not, widgets are now gone that were in win 7 though. I use rainmeter for win 8 for my widget stuff (clock/cpu temps etc). I have had it for like a month I guess but not really found the time to mess with it apart from gaming and browsing really. Don't get me wrong I am not saying it is better then win 7, but not as bad or anywhere near as people make out.

The simplicity, the fact the taskbar isn't full of chubby looking icons, it's classic and elegant and imo how every OS should be.

Id rather not than have something like that as my desktop. I'm not from Jersey Shore, I'm not Joey Essex.
