They never do, they release the demo then sit round eating biscuits.

It was improved over the BETA not a demo. A BETA is a unfinished product still in testing, a demo is typically just a snippet of a finished game.

Also, in the other thread created about that screenshot it is stated that this shot was taken in photo mode. If it's anything like forza then anti-aliasing, extra HDR etc have been applied to make it look prettier.
