Hamas spend the money their receive on arms to use against the Israeli people, how many new Schools or Hospitals have they funded in the almost two decades since their last "free and fair" election?

Not much point building schools and hospitals if the IDF is just going to blow them up with or without people inside.
Isn't it the duty of an occupied population to resist oppressors? If WWII had gone differently and the Nazi's had occupied Britain would we resist or meekly comply?

Yeah they don't recoginise the state of Palestine, so why should Palastine recognise Israel?

Whatever government Palastine have, Israel will class it as a "terrorist organisation"
This isn’t Isreal classing them as a terrorist organisation this is the UK looking to class them as a terrorist organisation.

Come on, tell us how you feel.
What are your thoughts on Hama's? You think they can be trusted going forward? An organisation that hides in schools and hospitals to cause more casualties, that glorifies kids wearing suicide belts etc ,who's main aim is the total destruction of Isreal?
Let's not even get onto https://www.amnesty.org/en/location...palestine-state-of/report-palestine-state-of/

So? Also Palestine will never have another government because Hama's or the other islamic nutjobs won't allow moderate forward thinking people into power.

They arent the peaceful organisation the luvvies and anti-semites (like Jeremy Corbyn) try to paint them as.

They have the same goals as Iran (which is actually written in to Iranian law), which is destroy Isreal at all costs.

The only reason they arent involed in international terrorism (like Iran) is because Isreal keep a lid on them.

To many people in this country are becoming obsessed with the Israel/Palestine issue.

Just because one side has bad elements doesn't mean the other side is good. Both sides have major bad actors involved, who end up spoiling any chance of good credible representation.

There are people in that part of the world that for whatever reason don't want peace. I remember when Yitzhak Rabin signed a peace accord with Arafat in 1993. Soon after he was shot and killed.

Every time I scroll through the threads I keep reading this as "Hermes outlawed." I keep being disappointed on closure inspection :p

A political gesture, probably not needing to pay much attention to. A government that sells arms to other nations to wage war is not interested in peace, certainly not in that region, those lives hold little significance.

I would say the contributors to conflict for profit and continued instability are far more dangerous than a state that is fighting invasion and oppression. There are reasons why extremist political parties get into power.

We can ignore it or judge it but we aren't living it, thankfully.

What am I supposed to dunk my crudités in now???
