I have a nas box which hold all my MP4 rips of the DVD`s I own. All were done with Handbrake on the high profile setting, RF of 19.
This has worked flawlessly for us. It may not be perfect, but for us, its a good balance between file size and quality.
However, I recently ripped my entire collection of Family Guy DVD`s and the quality is not as expected.
There are what I can only describe as "second outline" around the characters. Almost like a double image slightly offset from the first.
I have not experienced this in animated films, (Toy story, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo etc.)
Any Ideas what's causing this. Anything I can change in Handbrake to help?
