That's right, it's 1st of August, and Yorkshire Day is here once again! Any Yorkshiremen doing anything special today to celebrate? :D Get the Yorkshire puddings out and break out the Black Sheep Ale at the pub, enjoy the day!

Is Yorkshire the place where they have whippets, beer with soil in it, flat caps and benefit fraud?
 
Haha quite funny but those jokes have been and gone.


Oh damn, I fancy some Yorkshire Tea Marmalaide Cake right now. Yum! Will have to buy some for today!
 
To properly celebrate yorkshire day i think everyone needs a pint of Samuel Smiths pure brew lager in one of them funky glasses.

Happy Yorkshire day everyone. Just out of interest what happens on Yorkshire day, is there any special sort of celebration or event that must be done other than the aforementioned flat caps, whippets and real ale?
