Hard disk Fault??

Does anyone know whats going on with this and how to fix it?

I have it plugged into my lappy by usb2.0 and i cant do anything with it. Im 99% sure the disk is ok but how do I reset it back to normal so I can create partitions on it again?

Any ideas what wrong with it?

Do you get any options when you right click where it says "Disk1" ?

Is the drive showing with the correct model number etc in Device Manager?
