hard drive arrangement

would getting 3 harddrives in your computer be a good idea or am i better of having just one big harddrive, cause this is what i was thinking of having:

Western Digital Raptor 36.7GB-that would be for my OS
Western Digital Raptor 150GB-would be for my games
Western Digital Raptor 150GB-also for my games but also for utilities and antivirus stuff.

cheers for all the input but i think ive figured out a good setup for the hard drives:

Hitachi Deskstar 7K500 NCQ 500GB- For everything except OS
Western Digital Raptor 74GB - For OS

I dont bother with movies or mp3 basically all i use my pc is for gaming and surfing the net.
My psu is enermax 600w SLI it should be fine.
