Hard drive cable

I just found a old hard drive and have some important files on it but I do not know which cable you need to connect it to the motherboard
It is this hard drive.

If your motherboard has a IDE port then use this, if not you can get SATA TO IDE converters but I have not used one.

Alternate you can use hard disk caddy.

You can get IDE to SATA converters as RJC said dirt cheap, they do slow down performance but as it's only one or two times use it'll be worth the £2 for it xD
