Hard Drive Caution Messages

Morning all,

I just fired up Crystal Disk Mark to check up my hard drives (haven't done so in a while) and noticed two of them have 'caution' written. I am not sure how bad this is, I have attached an image below could anyone tell me if it is urgent or minor etc.

It could last 10 minutes more or 10 years, or somewhere in between.

If I am not having machine issues I tend to not even check hard drive SMART data, just ensure backups are current so nothing importnat can be lost

Despite the low usage hours, I'm guessing that those are older drives, so it might be prudent to replace them anyway.
