Hard drive clicking but shows up fine in tests

Right, I got 3 hdds.

I can here one of the clicking every now and again and I've experienced several random freezes/instant-reboots which I believe the hdd is responsible.

However, I run Seatools, did the tests and all disks came up healthy. So I can't figure out which is the problematic one unless I start disconnecting them and waiting to see if I'll hear the sound.

Any other test I could do to find out?

Doesn't Seatools list the your HD serial numbers? I've just tried it and it does for me. If not, it's not such a massive job just to disconnect and isolate one drive at a time. Do it quickly though to find out which one it is and back up all the data. The drive could possibly be on it's last legs.
