hard drive error - should i rma?

hdtune is highlighting the following error for one of my 3 year old hitachi deskstar 320gb drives

(05) reallocated sector count - threshold 5 data - 46

my other identical drive is showing 0 for data

status for the 'faulty drive' is shown as ok

should i be concerned about this error? and should i rma ?

Means it's dying, might not be for a while yet, but RMA while still under warranty at least.
