Hard Drive for gaming

I got my self a nice external 2Tb hard drive, with the plan of using it for all my games.

but im after a little advice, whats the best way to sort it all out? i know this question is a little vague but struggling to figure out the best (and easiest) way to organize it all

Honestly? Unless it's connected via eSATA, you're first step should be to crack that puppy open and install the drive internally. USB and FW will just be grindingly slow with games. I'd even be reluctant to bet on USB3 being fast enough.
