Hard Drive Help

Hi guys I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NR10E laptop and was wondering if this hard drive is compatible with my machine ? It says SATA II on that one and mines says Serial ATA so am I right in thinking this is an issue ?
Anyway any help would be appreciated thanks

SATA2 drives are backward compatible with SATA1, so no, it is not an issue. You just won't the full benefit of the faster SATA2 drive.
