Just booted up and am receiving the error "Secondary Master Hard Disk Error" which is preventing me from entering windows, it says press F1 to resume however this does nothing. If i enter bios the hard disk (Western Digital Caviar 500GB WD50000AAKS is not listed in boot options) however if it in my brothers computer it is listed however gives the same error as my computer, the Samsung f3 is perfectly fine.
I presume it is dead or dieing as it is nearly 3 years old anyway and we have had a number of power cuts in the time i have had the drive and had one a few days ago which may have shortened the life expectancy by a fair amount.
Any help is appreciated.
