Hi, bit if a odd one (for me at least) is recently everytime I boot my pc my large 12tb internal 3.5" drive doesnt show up, i have to unplug the sata power and put back in and then its recognised and works just fine, not sure if its a hdd issue, mobo issue or psu issue or a combination of any of them, anyone had anything similar?

I don't know if motherboards still have this feature, but you used to be able to delay the detection of drives by a second or two in the BIOS, which could help with intermittent detection if the PC boots too fast.

Try turning off things like fastboot (or anything that does a quicker start up), I had an issue with unraid not loading due to the faster boot not reading the usb drive. Not exactly the same but it would be something I would be looking at.

Think I tried that, just seems a bit hit or miss if its detected which is the odd thing, some boots its there others its not, if i unplug sata and plug back in its recognised, tried swapping the sata cable and no difference, i may just move it to a caddy anyway as I don't use it that much
